Our principle. Every treatment decision is made by a prescriber, for you as an individual, based on clinical need, national guidance (including NICE) and your preferences. No company pays us to recommend, prescribe or supply a particular medicine, and no one’s pay depends on which medicine is chosen.

Eli Lilly and Company Ltd. I have a Master Service Agreement with Lilly. Under it, I have been engaged to provide educational content / speaking / advisory input for a programme titled “Weight Management Essentials”. Lilly manufactures tirzepatide. I am paid for this work at fair market value. Lilly has no say in our clinical decisions, pricing or patient information.
- Volunteer representative roles. I hold the following roles in the pharmacy profession:
- Vice Chair of the National Pharmacy Association (NPA);
- member of the Community Pharmacy England (CPE) Committee;
- committee member of Community Pharmacy Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster (KCW).
These are voluntary roles and I receive no salary or fee for them. When I attend meetings or represent these organisations, the relevant organisation reimburses Clinichem Ltd for the cost of locum pharmacist cover so the pharmacy stays fully staffed. I receive no personal payment. None of these organisations has any commercial interest in the medicines we prescribe or supply - Speaking and education. I speak at professional events, including The Pharmacy Show. Where a pharmaceutical company sponsors an event or pays me a fee, I will list it here.
Ownership. Director of Clinichem Ltd, which owns this pharmacy, and of Baspharm Ltd, - How we manage interests. We record all interests in a register held by the Superintendent Pharmacist and review it every quarter. We offer every clinically appropriate option, including NHS routes where you are eligible.
