At The London PharmaClinic run at Clinichem Pharmacy in Victoria, we believe health should be personal, compassionate, and patient-led. As founder and prescribing pharmacist, I bring over 27 years of clinical and community pharmacy experience into every patient interaction. Recently appointed as the first female Vice Chair of the National Pharmacy Association (NPA) in its 104-year history, I carry forward a mission to advocate, inspire, and serve, both within this clinic and on a national stage.

A Journey Rooted in Gratitude, Purpose, and Advocacy
Becoming the first female Vice Chair of the National Pharmacy Association is a deeply humbling milestone, one I carry not as a personal title, but as a shared achievement.
This journey has never been mine alone. It’s a tapestry woven from every colleague, mentor, cheerleader, patient, and friend who believed in me, encouraged me, and reminded me of my purpose when I questioned it. I’ve been nurtured, challenged, and lifted by so many beautiful souls, and I carry that collective strength into every role I step into.
To my original A-Team, Helen and Zaneta, you’re not just colleagues, you’re family. My confidantes, my quiet reassurance, my champions. Without your support, I wouldn’t even be able to stand on these platforms. You’ve held me up so I could rise.
I’m deeply honoured to represent the hardworking, dedicated Community Pharmacists who keep our healthcare system moving every day. I see you. I am you. It’s my privilege to advocate for you, speak truth to power, and help shape the future of pharmacy with integrity, compassion, and courage.
My parents taught me to never turn the other cheek, to stand up for the underdog, to champion the unheard, and to live with principle and compassion. You showed me that life without purpose is meaningless. To my late father, I wish you could see this moment. We made history, Dad. I hope I’ve made you proud.
To my husband and phenomenal daughters, thank you for keeping me grounded. When I came home glowing with this appointment, ready to tell you everything… I was met with: “Mum! Nora rolled in fox poo; she needs a bath!” Just like that, priorities were reset. Shampoo first, story later.
This moment reminds me that no matter how big the platform, it’s the quiet, ordinary moments that give it meaning.
This is not an ending, it’s a beginning. I step forward with mindful intention, creativity, kindness, and deep gratitude.
May I never forget my why.
May I always honour the trust placed in me.
And may the door stay open for those yet to walk through.
